Hippocampus Magazine is pleased to welcome Dinty W. Moore to our annual conference for creative nonfiction writers, HippoCamp.
Dinty will close out the conference with a talk on publishing creative nonfiction, a topic we’re thrilled to have him address. He’s not only widely published in our favorite genre, but he’s also the founder of Brevity, a staple in the nonfiction world for 20+ years — and a pioneer in the flash CNF realm. His latest book, The Story Cure: A Book Doctor’s Pain-Free Guide to Finishing Your Novel or Memoir, hits shelves soon.
Dinty is part of a triad of notable keynote speakers; Beverly Donofrio (Riding in Cars with Boys) will kick off the conference and our Saturday evening keynote is Tobias Wolff (This Boy’s Life). What a line-up!
HippoCamp is Sept. 8-10 in Lancaster, Pa. Early-bird rate ends April 28, and registration runs through August 18.
