Each of us has a set of characteristics we use to easily define ourselves. In turn, these labels inform how we move through the world and, by proxy, how the world interacts with us. However, there are often parts of ourselves we forgo developing for those readily used traits.

In this session we explore the personal intersections we may often overlook and how those hidden similarities with fellow writers and publishers can be used to diversify what we read, what we publish, and what we submit. We will learn how we can use our newly discovered intersections to flesh out, improve, or kick start our own writing.
