Catherine Campbell is an award-nominated essayist and fiction writer. Her work appears in The New York Times, McSweeney’s, Brain, Child Magazine, The Daily Muse, Arcadia, Drunken Boat, Ploughshares online, and elsewhere. She also pitches and ghostwrites articles for high-profile clients in national magazines such as Inc., Harvard Business Review, and Foundr Mag.
Catherine is a former graduate creative writing professor. She holds a BA in creative writing from University of North Carolina Asheville and her MFA from Queens University. She recently completed a memoir-in-essays about her years as a circus fire performer.
